Lecture: “The monodimensional treatment of the historical center of Athens. The case of Psyrris”
A research into the dominant situation of the center of Athens through the example of Psyrris, an introduction to gentrification and the real estate strategies in the Kerameikos - Metaxourgeio - Monastiraki “Trade Triangle” and a proposal of redefining life in the center, with rehabitation as the central axis.

Thesis: “Urban Design Interventions in the district of Psyrris”,
A study in urban design, a research of the manner, in which the historical center of WW should be approached and its application in a particular section of Psyrris, with emphasis on the historical, cultural and demographical characteristics, the adaptation and revision of land use zones, the rehabitation of old shells and the redefinition of public space through implementation of urban voids.
Professional Experience
Workshop Dionisis Sotovikis (2016-2026)
In the years that i have been working as a professional architect for Workshop Dionisis Sotovikis, i obtained experience in every stage of applied architecture. From conceptual design of every size and scale and 3d ArchViz, to project planning, to gaining knowledge regarding building regulations, permit issuance and site supervision. I was involved in a great variety of high-end architectural projects: commercial stores, public buildings, private residences, apartment renovations, boutique hotels and large tourist facilities. At the same time, i also took part in projects of a more theoretical and artistic character.

Athens School of Fine Arts - New Library (10/2016 – 11/2016)
Collaboration in execution studies. (10/2016 - 11/2016. Nominal reference in issue 213,December 2016 of “Ellinikes Kataskeves” magazine, as collaborating architect)
Athens School of Fine Arts Deanery (2019)
site supervision of renovation of Prevelaki Hall and design and construction of a suspendable conference table which also operates as a theatrical stage, in collaboration with renowned engineer Dimitris Korres.
The Garage (2016)
design and supervision of construction of the atelier of artist/photographer Francois L’ Hotel, in Kerameikos
Chanel Press Event Venue for “Gabrielle” (2017)
supervision of construction of a promotional venue of 240 sq.m. within the conference room of Grecotel Resort Cape Sounio, where the european press event for the presentation of Chanel’s new fragrance took place.
Milos Cove inception resort (2018)
The highlight of my career so far. As part of the design team, i took part in project planning and execution studies of the first 5* Inception Resort in Milos, Cyclades. When construction began, i was transferred to Milos and was assigned the supervision of construction during all stages of implementation, as on-site architect, for a consecutive period of eight months. This was practically my “nut and bolt PhD”. I will never forget this experience.
